One page email pulls 2nd blank page

In Outlook 2000 if I print a short one page email it pulls
a second blank page. Oddly enough though it only does
this if I click on the printer icon on the standard
toolbar. If I go to File, Print it doesn't pull the
second blank page. Any ideas on how to stop this from
happening?
