One project assigned to a Category cannot be viewed

Good afternoon.

Summary
I have a user who cannot view one of the projects to which he should have
read access. He can view the other 4 projects in that category. There seems
no logical reason why not and I would appreciate any suggestions.

Specifics
User having Problem: "User A"

"User A" Settings: Authentication Type "Windows Authorisation", Account
Status "Active", Groups "Group A", Categories - None

"Group A" Settings : Selected Categories - "Cat A", "Cat B"

"Cat A" Settings: Permissions Denied: None. Permissions Allowed: Several
Read / Write permissions. Projects the Users in this Category can view: *
Only those listed below: "Proj A"

"Cat B" Settings: Permissions Deinied: None. Permissions Allowed: See
Projects in Project Centre, See Projects in Project View, View Risks, Issues
and Documents. Projects the Users in this Category can view: * Only those
listed below: "Proj B", "Proj C", "Proj D", "Proj E", "Proj F"

This user can open and modify "Proj A" as a member of "Group A" which
belongs to "Cat A" where permissions are allowed. Also, this user can open
(read only) "Proj B", "Proj C", "Proj D" and "Proj E" as a member of "Group
B" which belongs to "Cat B" where permissions are allowed. The user shoul
also be able to view "Proj F", but can not.

I am tearing my hair out - would appreciate any suggestions to troubleshoot
this issue.

Stupidly, I was in the wrong (test) database! Went back into the live
database and found that the Project the user could not view was not in the
user's category. Doh!
