On a Windows XP Pro SP2 machine, MS Office 2003 SP3, Outlook is used by four
users with respective log-ins at different times of the day/week.
Is it possible that two of these users have a common PST file? How could
that be achieved? If not, is there an alternative? Otherwise the mutual
import (excluding duplicates) is cumbersome, and a little intimidating to
one.
These two users use Outlook only for the Journal, Tasks and Calendar options
and not for email. The entries are common for both these particular users.
But they log in individually as different users for administrative reasons.
Regards and TIA.
