I've got a customer who has Windows XP Home running Word 2003. He has 5+
users, each with their own profile, who are accessing a "Workgroup
Templates" template stored in the C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Shared Documents\Shared Templates folder. The template needs
read-access to a "license" file in that same shared templates folder.
All the users can use the files just fine, but one can't. He gets a
runtime error 52.
What might be making the difference? I was thinking privileges to the
folder or something, but he's got admin privs with his account.
Any clues are appreciated. Outright solutions will bring blessings of
peace and joy.
