This is not a question, but a tip.
I have found a way to update my Entourage calendar on an Exchange Server using IMAP. You might know this already, but just in case.
Open the Calendar folder from the mail view. You may have to go to the folders on server to find it. To add the folder, select the rollup (IMAP mailbox name) just above the INBOX. You will see a list of folders. Just double click the Calendar folder. Once it is added, select it. IMAP will sync the information in the folder. When you change to the Calendar view, your Calendar has been updated.
Too bad it doesn't work the other way too and for Contacts.
