One worksheet in workbook crashes

Can't get a large worksheet to open. Have downloaded updates,
restarted, still starts to open, then a little over halfway on the
progress bar, it crashes. Impt file I need to access. Help!

Can you give me more info about the file, such as its size, content, etc.?
