OneNote 2003: Add Drag & Drop to move Sections, Pages, Folders

OneNote 2003 is a very cool product. Once I became familiar with the
interface I realized the simplicity and power of the app. However, adding
Drag & Drop to move Sections, Pages, Folders, etc. would greatly enhance the
speed and flexibility.

The current move options are clumsy and limiting.

Thanks a bunch John! The new features are going to make this a really,
REALLY hot product! I bought the thing 2 years ago, and then let it sit
after a test run because I wasn't getting the paradigm. I only just picked
it up again a couple of days ago and, bam!, I can't get enough of it.
