OneNote 2003 boosts creativity and productivity

I need to congratulate the ON 2003 designers on the functionalities in ON 2003.

It is amazingly and fun to see how ON 2003 boosts the creativity and
productivity of the user. It deserves full support in the MS Office product
family.

Please ensure that we will not loose any essential functionality currently
in OneNote 2003 when moving to ON 2007 somewhere next year?

Hi Carolus,

Please don't use the suggestion feature for posts that are not
suggestions.

As far as I can tell from having used OneNote 2007 since November, no
functionality of OneNote 2003 has been lost, but instead a lot of
functionality has been added. You should take a look at the Office
preview site:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/preview/default.mspx
It has an overview of what's new in OneNote 2007.

One major piece that is already missing is the ability to do real
outlining using handwriting. Another is the ability to view writing
guides while in handwriting mode. Still another is the ability to drag
paragraphs while in handwriting mode.

Yes, lots of features have been added in. But anyone who claims that
there are no features removed is not making an accurate statement to say
the least.
