OneNote 2003 SP2 - Create an "Always On Top" window option

...for notetaking with other windows open.
Say I have four webpages and a TechNet window open on topics I'm
researching. I'd like OneNote to hover perhaps in the top right-hand corner,
resized to perhaps a quarter-window, so I can take notes from the webpages
and Technet without ALT-Tabbing or trying to swap between pages using the
taskbar (taskbar item names disappear/run out of room with a few windows
open).

That's exactly whatthe "Side Note" feature is for!

Right-click the OneNote Notification Area icon on the bottom of the
screen, and select "Open New Side Note". This will open up a new
instance of OneNote with a minimal interface. There is a button along
the bottom of this new window (pushpin icon) which will keep the Side
Note window on top of others.

The Side Note is a dedicated section at the top level of your "My
Notebook" hierarchy. When you open the full version of OneNote, or
Maximize the Side Note window, you will see that section and all of the
notes you took during the Side Note session.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't get the "reply notification" email and never
checked for a response. So I mailed chris pratley, his response quoted below
for continuity.
This feature was there all along it seems.. but in my defence, Office Help
doesn't mention this feature.
I've quoted Chris's reply below, thanks for your assistance Chris and Erik!

Thanks Ben. Good news! We already have Always on Top!
Try "View/Keep Window on Top" (disable dif the window is maximized. There is
also a button on the Standard toolbar and the side note with a pushpin that
does the same thing.
Cheers,
Chris
