ONeNote 2007 and SmartPhone

I understand that OneNote includes ability to download and synch with a
SmartPhone.

I don't get any System Tray announcement when Smartphone is connected via IR
or via USB Cable to PC - when OneNote is running.

Is there anyway of forcing the setup of OneNote on the SmartPhone ?

Check Tools | Options | Other. Scroll towards the bottom you should find
a "Install OneNote Mobile" button.
