OneNote 2007 Beta

With the OneNote 2003, the title on pages wouldn't move along with the rest
of the page when I scrolled. Is it possible to lock the title and keep it
from scrolling as we had it in the past?

in 2007, there still is a title bar, but much less prominent.
No it doesn't lock and keep from scrolling.
