Onenote 2007 Crashes when saving file changes

Onenote 2007 (12.04518.0.1014) crashes when I am saving changes to excel 2007
embedded file. workaround: am able to recover file in temp and then
re-embed new file. Want Onenote 2007 to stop crashing when saving changes to
embedded file.

Hi Tom,

Did you upload the crash data? If so, can you get the bucket number of the
crash -
1. Open Control Panel | administrator tools
2. Open the Event Viewer
3. Double Click the Application node of the tree
4. In the right hand pane, you will see the most recent entries on top.
Look through the list until about the time you hit the crash. There should
be an entry for Microsoft Office 12 with an event code of 1001 (not the 1000
code)
5. Open that entry and copy the watson bucket number.
