OneNote 2007 Flags Erasing

I have recently installed OneNote 2007 on my workstation. I have modified
the default tags to appropriately match the subjects that I'll be covering
within the program. However, when I restart my machine, my customized tags
have been completely erased & replaced with the default tags & categories
that showed up in the initial installation. Unfortunately, I now have to go
back and recreate my tags all over again after every single restart. Is
there some sort of preference that I can set to stop this from happening, or
do I have a bad OneNote install?

Thanks!

I had something similar a couple of weeks ago, posted a question and did not
get any responses. I ended up rebuilding the custom tags. So far so go, I
haven't lost the tagging.

Yeah, I have rebuilt the custom tags again, only to have them erase back to
the defaults all over again. I didn't even reboot my machine, all I did was
log out of Windows this time. Any other ideas?

Thanks!
