OneNote 2007 ink pen use blocked

Using a Toshiba Tecra tablet PC, I updated from OneNote 2003 to OneNote 2007.
I have XP Tablet PC Edition 2005 and Service Pack 2 installed. However, when
I try to use the pen (which works in other applications and worked on OneNote
2003), an error message tells me I need Tablet PC 2005 and Service Pack 2,
and the selection tab for the pen use greys out. I tried already to register
the DLL inkobj.dll, which I found posted as solution elsewhere, but it did
not help. A pity, OneNote is very good for ink use...

JLMAN,

Please find a file named rtscom.dll (usually found unre Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Ink) and register it and restart OneNote
and see if that fixes the problem.
