Onenote 2007 Installer Runs After Reboot

I have succesfully installed Onenote 2007 but after a reboot the installer
comes up and tries to install the application again. It will also run at
random intervals during the day. I have ben able to replicate this on more
than one laptop.

I have had a number of programs act like this. This utility will stop the
installer from loading.

Read the description carefully.
