OneNote 2007 Installer terminates without any error

I have the downloaded nstaller file for Onenote 2007. When i try to
run the installer, it start with the window "Extracting files, please
wait" and then terminates. There is no error. I tried on 3 different
systems. All have the same issue.

Is this a known issue?
