OneNote 2007 & Outlook 2003 compatibility

The OneNote installer constantly runs every time Outlook receives email.
Anyone have any thoughts? Other posts indicate that OneNote 2007 and Outlook
2003 should be able to work together

Does the installer complete its task when it runs?

Can you try a Detect and Repair (Office 2003) or an Office Diagnostic
(2007) and see if anything comes up?
