onenote 2007 + pocket pc

I just installed onenote 2007 and tried installing on my ipaq 4150 but
getting the following error".CAB is not a valid Windows CE Setup file". Any
help is appreciated.

Your ipaq 4150 runs Windows Mobile 2003?
You need Windows Mobile 5 to run OneNote Mobile. It won't work with any
earlier version.

What OS is your iPAQ 4150 running? Windows Mobile 5? Exactly what steps
did you take to try and install on it?
