OneNote 2007 printing

ON does not support this.

A workaround might be to "publish" the section as a PDF and then print
the PDF.

Have you tried using Shift or Ctrl to select multiple sections for printing?

I believe that when you click on "File", "Print", the default Page Range is
going to be "Selection". Change the Page Range selection to "All" or "Pages:
1-(total #)" and try that.

Sorry, I was wrong mixed section with "section group".

All of the pages can easily be printed by the selcteing the range in the
printer dialog (like lymnee54 has said).

You're on the right track - publish the entire Notebook as a PDF and
print the PDF.
