Please help.... I'm a college senior, desparately needing OneNote to
cooperate with my notetaking for classes & research papers. Here are my
problems as follows:
1) while writing or typing, the program freezes /pauses and sometimes
closes &/or re-starts (whether recording audio or not)
2) "some sections... could not be syncronized" (even though I set the
options to "disable Windows Offline Files caching...")
3) "an unknown error occurred while opening this page"
Would it be better to just give up on OneNote 2007 Beta and go back to
ON 2003 for now? Or would B2TR help any? (btw, I sent a separate
message asking about the details of B2TR)
Concerning the freezing, Avery mentioned a possible cause in another
message... He basically tried to keep CPU activity to a minimum and
tried to keep recordings with multiple folders in OneNote.
my audio / video settings
^Device: Logitech Mic for notebooks
^Codec: Win Media Audio 10 Professional
^Format: 256 kbps, 44kHz, 2 chanel 24 bit CBR
What's most frustrating is... today's notetaking went just fine --no
freezing, audio recorded without any problems. Last week's notetaking
was a trainwreck!
Whatever help any of you can offer would be GREATLY appreciated.
