Did you install a 64 bit version of Vista?

If you open the Windows System properties (click start and type "system" and
find the item called "System")

Does it say 32-bit Operating System or 64-bit Operating System?

If it says 64-bit the Send to OneNote print driver is not available.

I recommend doing a Detect and Repair on your OneNote installation.
