OneNote 2007 sometimes no sound

Hello everyone,

Sometimes, OneNotes don't record the audio file. The file is ther, but empty!
I can't hear nothing, and the file is not corrupted (I can open the file by
note pad, and the file is almost empty, with few chars).

I see the cache copy and it is also empty.

I am trying the Onenote to school use soluction and my version have no sp yet.

Can some one help me?
