OneNote 2007 Trial

After downloading a 2007 Tial version and activating it my files from OneNote
2003 are read only. Also I can not create new 2007 files for the same
reason. Confusing???

After trying to upgrade 2003 files in the newly down loaded 2007 Trial
Version they are still read only. Click on the uprade notice in the window
and the options remain unclickable. Anyideas?
