OneNote 2007 unfiled notes corruption

Ive have onenote for a month now with vista and out of no where today the
unfiled notes section became corrupt. Everytime i click on the button in the
lower left hand corner i get a screen that says This section is corrupted.
click here to repair. but the repair does nothing. I cant really figure out
why this happened but i dont want to have some gimped version of onenote so
any suggestions would be great.
