OneNote 2007, Word 2007 and XPS

Because OneNote 2007 does not save an entire notebook in .docx format, I
saved it in xps format, hoping that Word could open the document. It could
not. The error message was: "...cannot be opened because there are problems
with the content." Then I used an empty Word document, save it in xps and
tried to open it. I got the same message. How can I get an entire notebook
into Word or save the notebook in word format? The error message there is
that saving in docx is not supported by OneNote.
Thanks,

As you've found, moving an entire Notebook into Word can't be done (and I'm
not sure that I disagree if that was an intentional design decision - a
Notebook can potentially contain a lot of data which may not be feasible to
move in its entirety into Word).

You can convert an entire Section into a Word document by selecting all of
the pages in the Sectino and then going to File | Send To | Microsoft
Office Word.

As an FYI, XPS format is an imaging format similar to PDF. PDF and XPS
files are not intended to be edited. They are not word processing files,
so it shouldn't be surprising that one cannot edit XPS files in Word. ;)
