Onenote 2010 - How to remove filename from saved PDF

I frequently save copied text and graphics as a PDF file using MS
Onenote. I copy the text, click the onenote icon in the taskbar to open
a new page, paste, go to Save As, and select PDF. The finished PDF file
has a footer at the bottom of each page with the filename and page
number. I don't mind the page number being there but I want to remove
the filename if possible.

I have looked over the various options in onenote and cannot find one
that provides this functionality. Does anyone know if this is possible?
