Okay then,
I read the website, I liked the idea, I downloaded the trial.
Then I tried to activate it.
It keeps telling me I had no internet connection.
- No, I do not use any kind of proxy whatsoever. It's DSL with direct
Internet access.
- Yes, I switched of the Firewall for this. (Something not even needed with
Windows Update.)
- No, I cannot activate by Phone, as the field is greyed out.
- Yes I tried reinstaling, restarting, and ordering a new key, always the
same reaction.
Is it "bad luck" and the OneNote-Trial (and therefore OneNote) simply wasn't
ment for me? I actually don't want to waste too much time on installing
software, I want it to help me SAVE time.

(I am leaving country in 2 days, I thought about using OneNote as my
book-writing tool on my notebook. In case it won't work out: Somebody have
suggestions for WORKING alternatives?)
