OneNote and Internet Explorer

My oneNote will no longer open files that I try to print from Internet
Explorer to One-Note. It says: Files from other programs cannot be opened
in OneNote.
Select a OneNote file. Then, when you click OK, it says: Your request
cannot be completed because the service cannot be found or did not respond.
The service might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may night to
adjust your network settings. It was working fine until something I think
I've changed in my settings since Saturday night. Someone PLEASE HELP!!

Can you describe the process you're using to "print" from IE, and the
process you're using to open that printout in OneNote?

With either the "Print to OneNote" print driver, or the "Send to OneNote"
IE toolbar button, the results are placed in OneNote directly and in
OneNote's native format. There shouldn't be any additional steps or
explicit opening to read that data once it is in OneNote.

Check and see if the Print Spooler service has been stopped. If so,
restart it.
