OneNote and Live Mesh

I've been using a thumb drive to keep OneNote synched between my home and
office computer. Can anybody give me a reason why I shouldn't turn this synch
task over to Live Mesh as long as I'm not running OneNote on both computers
at the same time?

Thanks. I was hoping that somebody might have spelled out the possible
dangers of using Live Mesh if there are any.
