OneNote at home and at work

I have exchange server so I can read email anywhere, I use pocketpc notes
but it would be great if I could have onenote data anywhere or atleast on my
work pc and home pc (I have two licenses)

is this possible.

Sure, just copy the \My Notebook folder from one machine to the other; or
locate it on a portable storage device like a flash drive and move that
drive back and forth.

or I could sync the files on pocketpc - is there a way to read notes on the
ppc ?

No; There is no way to natively read OneNote notes on a Pocket PC. You
could export to Word or HTML files, but that is a lot of manual steps.
