We have observed an issue where when a logn OneNote docucument is sent via
email (Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003, the recipients sees MOST of the document,
but then parway down all the links fail.
Small OneNote documents work fine. Larger ones fail reliably.
The problem seems to be that the document is a series of image links. Odd
image links, like <IMG
src="cid:[email protected]"> (Note the proprietary URL scheme
"CID:". What's this mean? )
Most of the images work. Then, at some point down the mail, the links just
stop working. I'm guessing that these URLs point back to the Exchange store
somehow. Is it possible Exchange responds to a few GET requests and then
stops? Any other theories?
TIA
