OneNote buffer overrun error

Whenever I click "Look up..." in OneNote 2007 I received the "Buffer
overrun detected" error and OneNote closes. Is this a known issue?
Is there a fix?

Have you installed SP1? It may be fixed in that release. Be sure to let
the error detection system report the bug to Microsoft. If for some reason
this is not fixed in SP1 and it's not a known issue, reporting the bug will
make it known to the dev team, and it will get put on the list for
evaluation and/or fixing.

Yes, I installed SP1. Last night, tt also occurred in Word, so I
decided to just try running diagnostics and, to my surprise, it seems
to have been repaired. Thanks for your response.
