Onenote CD

Hi,
I bought a new computer that came with Onenote 2003 preinstalled, the first
time I tried to use it, it asked for a product key which I couldn't find at
the time. Since the program wouldn't work I uninstalled it, now I've found
the product key but it didn't come with CD. Is there any way I can get a new
CD?
