OneNote Configure screen

Whenever I get my e-mail from Outlook 2003, the OneNote configure screen pops
up and then wants to re-boot to take effect. I've allowed the re-boot on
numberous occasions, and it still pops up almost everytime I get my e-mail.
How do I shut this off. Thanks in Advance.
