OneNote Developer forum?

Before I waste a lot of electrons asking developer-related OneNote questions,
I want to make sure that this is an appropriate forum to do so. Or is there a
forum somewhere dedicated to OneNote developers?

There is a OneNote forum at the MS Connect site that is supposedly read by
those more closely associated (if not part of) the development team. It may
be more for product suggestions and bug reporting than a place to ask
questions.

They do respond to a lot of the things that are brought up there, though I
have an issue that has been listed for months upon months with no response.

If you mean questions about developing add-ins or such for OneNote, then
this is a good place to post your questions. The members of the community
who do dev work will help you out as they have time.
