Onenote does not install

have new tablet laptop with Office Basic 2007 & Vista Business. Purchased
Onenote 2007. Onenote will not install. Computer also has offer for whole
office 2007 suite but have not initiated. What may be installation issues for
Onenote

It appeared to just stop during the installion
