OneNote doesn't Open

I have OneNote 2007 installed on my computer, but since my computer crashed,
I had to use the backup drive to fix my computer. Since then, it doesn't
recognize OneNote 2007 as installed, and as a result it cannot open. I have
the product key, and I do not wish to pay 1.50 for the download (since I have
it on my computer but isn't working). Is there someway I could fix this?

Didn't you save the downlaoded file?
If you have it somewhere in your backups, undelet ON and re-install
it.
Then collect the new B2TR ptach.
