OneNote for Mac?

Allan Fischler

I'm a mac guy through and through. (Wanted to get that established.). While
I like Notebook View in Word 2004, I am a bit envious of OneNote 2003. Does
anyone know if there is anything in the works for Notebook View upgrade or
OneNote for Mac. Or do any of you think that any of the third party Note
Taking software for Mac is better than Notebook View? Thanks!

For my opinion, see the first volume of the Take Control book on Word
that I've just written, or my reviews in TidBITS. m.

Hi Allan,

I am sure that Microsoft would like to know opinions on the new WordNote
feature. You can either post your likes/dislikes/feature wishes here or
use the Feedback item from Word's help menu.

If you use the feedback from the help menu option, send only one feature
request or suggestion at a time. Otherwise they won't get entered into
the database properly.

Things they would probably enjoy hearing are what features in OneNote
that you would use and what features you could just as happily live
without. You can also tell them your ideas for new features that are not
in either product. Although Word is version 12, the OneNote feature is
version 1, so it is bound to be improved next time around.
