K

kokwah.yong

Currently i am developing a clinic system for a doctor by using VB6 and
MS Access as database. I was recommended MS Onenote to him for
diagnostic purposes note taking.

Now his requirement needs to see the info as below during consultation
Q&A section, when he opens up the one note to place the below info into
a section or a subpage.

- Patient Code

- Patient Name

- Gender

- Age

- Smoker (radio button Y/N) - Default to NO

- Alcohol Drinker (radio button Y/N) Default to NO

whereby the radio button info is require to update to PATIENT MASTER
which reside in the MS ACCESS' s table.

Kindly provide the solutions and hear from you soon.

Your requirements describe the basic design of our OneNote EMR Toolkit, we
import Patient Demographic data via an Access Database and import
forms/templates for clinical review, annotation and encounter documentation.

We let OneNote take care of the document management, retrieval, and
presenation of data. Password protection (HIPAA), sharing are all benefits
for clinic environments that OneNote facilitates.

We use C# and the OneNote Importer API.

Please feel free to visit the website in my sig for product information or
contact me via email for developer pointers.

Best wishes for your project.

Fritz
