OneNote Icon disapeared from toolbar on all other office applicati

I used the idon in Outlook the most were i could send an email into onenotes.
The onenote icon is on the IE but not Outlook, word, ect.
I did a repair on OneNotes but that didnt restore the icons.

Try this in Outlook:

Click Tools | Trust Center
click the addins tabl
Look for OneNote Notes about Outlook Items

If that item is listed under Inactive Application Addins, highlight it and
click the Go button at the bottom.
Check off the box to enable the Addin and click OK.

Restart Outlook and the button should be back.

You may need to do the same steps in Word as well.

i tried that for the same problem as original post but when reset it won't
stay says unloaded?
