OneNote icon in outlook

I am running outlook 2003 on two machines with XP operating system. One
machine has the onenote icon (send selected email to One Note) the other does
not. Both are running onenote with the tech refresh. Any suggestions on
where the icon may have gone? How do I get it back?

Both machines have OneNote 2007 B2TR and Outlook 2003?

Can you check Outlook to see if the ON add-in is present but disabled on
the one computer? I would also do a "Detect and Repair" from OneNote on
the computer with the missing icon.
