The icon was not in the taskbar so I opened OneNote and the Place icon in
tasktray was checked. I unchecked it, close OneNote. I opened OneNote and
rechecked it and the icon appeared in the taskbar. I check the Startup folder
in the All Programs and found it contained "OneNote 2007 Screen clip and
Launcher".
When I rebooted my computer the icon was missing from the taskbar!
