OneNote installer keeps running

For some reason, when I leave OneNote running, I keep getting the Windows
installer running and telling me that it is making configuration changes to
Microsoft OneNote 2007. Then it finishes and tells me that I need to reboot
the computer in order for the configuration changes to take effect.

Does anyone know what it could be doing? I think this is happening pretty
much all the time - I haven't kept close track of it, but it seems to happen
at least once every time I run OneNote. At first I thought it was just normal
stuff that had to keep on initiatilizing, but now that it has happened 10 or
12 times, I'm getting suspicious.

Did you have any of the ON 2003 powertoys (send to onenote 2003 maybe?)
installed before you installed 2007? If you did, remove 2007, remove all
ON 2003 powertoys, reinstall 2007. Your settings, notebooks, etc should
be unaffected by that.
