onenote layouts

How can one get a hold of the layouts of the samples for
attorneys and/or consultants? So I dont have to reinvent
the wheel just change the hubcup.

You can start with some of the MS-supplied templates here:

There may not be anything in the specific categories that
you're looking for, but looking at what is supplied,
you'll see that templates in OneNote are really simple to
create and re-use. Most of the templates from the MS
site are simply normal ON pages with some blank
containers already created.
