OneNote needs tables that have full table functions

The current table structure in OneNote is very clumsy - I cannot predict how
it formats text. What I suggest is putting ms-word table functions into
OneNote.

Table functionality will be improved in OneNote 12.

When I copy/paste an xls section into OneNote, the appearance formatting
is not paste such as cell borders and reverse text. This information
should RTF. I can understand not supporting white text on background but
it should just strip this out and show normally.
