Have uninstalled and reinstalled with reboots multiple times. The install
does not load the driver. We reconfigured another printer to select the ON
parameters and at least got ON looking for a file. Now the error is that "ON
cannot find the file you specified". The error message is silly because it
sends a link to the file, sends a copy of the file, opens the associated
program (word and excel) and then acts stupid.
Also did run the install as administrator. Also, notice that I do not have
the option to print to ON in the associated Word and Excel programs. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried removing, rebooting and then reinstalling?

I am running in 32-bit.
:
Are you running a 32-bit or a 64-bit version of Windows?

I've read oodles of posts regarding print driver that manages documents to be
sent to OneNote; however, there does not seem to be a clear solution for
missing drivers. I've followed all kinds of suggestions, including repairs,
reboots, etc. Is there a single-point solution for the disappeared driver?
Thanks.
