An HTML web page that looks like a One Note notebook. I need to have my
notes ready to "submit" to some unknown person. It would be nice if I could
either provide the person with a hyperlink to a web page or simply just send
them the HTML pages.

PDFs are nice, but one would lose the OneNote formatting.

Why not just e-mail them the notes from OneNote? It'll create an HTML
e-mail message with all the formatting. Assuming you have Outlook 2003.
