OneNote recorded audio files stored in audio cache folder?

I made some audio recordings in OneNote but I needed to access the individual
audio files.
I found the path to where the .wma files are stored but when i choose to
view hidden files the .wma's are still not viewable.
Does anyone know how I can view the .wma's in their folder and copy them to
another folder in My Documents?
