Hi,
We are using OneNote at a Chiropractic Clinic for our communication and
database software. Basically, all patient documentation is scanned and then
sent to a OneNote Notebook corresponding to the patient. Billing,
Diagnostics, Communication, Appointments...all is done using OneNote.
Recently, we have encountered an error that will terminate our use of OneNote
if we can't get it fixed. After inserting a scanned image, after labeling
the tab in the notebook, it seems as if OneNote refreshes itself and deletes
the whole entry. This is creating a huge backlog at the front desk because
we are unable to keep up to date with the filing. Is there a setting to
change with the cache or clipboard or something that is affecting the images?
or is there an autorefresh that is deleting the work before it saves? Thanks
for your help and advice, it will be very appreciated.
Thanks,
Ben Biggs
