Onenote Scanning

I had to install and uninstall my scanner serveral times for problems
unrelated to Onenote. BUT, now when I try to "Insert - Picture - From
Scanner" the dialoque box that appears has my scanner by several different
names in the "Device" selection drop-down, AND the option for Insert (only)
is grayed out as is Web Quality, or it is defaulted to Print Quality and
Custom Insert. How do I remove all but one intance of the scanner in the
Device drop-down list and get my Web Quality and Insert options back? At the
Scanner option on the Control Panel, there is only one instance of my
scanner...?? Thanks, Julie

Perhaps you should try repairing your installation of Office.
Programs & Features>Microsoft Office>Change>Repair.
It seems like each time you installed your scanner OneNote
created another instance of it. Maybe repairing will make
OneNote realize their is only one scanner.

If that doesn't work, try a reinstall of Office. Remember to
backup your data and settings.
